Robinsons Bookshop has a proud history in the Mornington Peninsula region. As one of the oldest bookshops in Victoria we have introduced the wonderful world of books to many local residents. We provide many special services to our customers including a vast range of books to browse through; a relaxing coffee shop; senior discounts; Dial-A-Book ordering and a Special ordering service to help you find that "hard to get" title.

Robinsons is pleased to offer a 10% discount off all books to all senior citizens.

Special Orders

A fast and efficient special order service is one of the important criteria of any bookshop. Even though we carry around 45,000 books in stock at any one time, there are still many titles that customers need which have to be ordered especially for them.

Our inventory records hold over 150,000 titles. Our Books-In-Print on-line file contains almost every book currently in print in the English language – that's about 2.5 million and it's updated on a monthly basis. All these books can be delivered within a reasonable time. Locally available titles generally take around 3-7 days, whilst those that have to be imported can arrive as quickly as 10-15 days, or in rare cases, up to 3 months.

We make no extra charge for any special order. All books are offered at the Publisher's recommended price. Do ring us on (03) 9783 6488 for any special book that you require, visit our Service Desk next time you are in the shop or use our online form.
